Payment
Please note that cash payment is not possible at your buddy, only card payment. The payment of your room will be done before your arrival by credit card or PayPal.
Arrival by car
Short pit stop in the hotel approach zone for check-in. Park your car afterwards in the Buddy Garage in Adolf-Kolping-Straße for only 24€ per night, depending on availability.
Check-In
No front desk. No waiting. At your Buddy, you can check-in via the self-check-in terminal. Your room will be ready for you from 3:00 pm. If you need any assistance, you can reach your Buddy via the bell in front of the lobby or by phone at +49 (0)89 59993903 — 24/7.
Buddy Goes Green
Your room will not be cleaned automatically during your stay. You can get towels or toilet paper from your buddy at any time upon request. You still wish room cleaning? Please let your buddy know by 11am on the same day at the latest. We will be happy to clean your room free of charge.
Keycard
Your room card will unlock the door for you. Simply hold the card against the room lock and you are in. Please note that the card will not work after 11 am on the day of departure.
Breakfast
Feel like breakfast? Enjoy your morning coffee directly in bed. Afterwards, your buddy invites you to enjoy free snacks such as pretzels, croissants and fresh fruits in Buddy’s Corner on the 2nd floor (while stocks last). Our 24/7 Deli-Bar additionally provides you with delicious snacks around the clock.
Check-Out
Even if you’re a late riser, you’ll enjoy your stay with us. Check-out by 11:00 a.m. Simply check out digitally and drop your keycard in one of the drop-off boxes: in the hallway, the lobby – or in the garage if you’re parking there. Late check-out until 2:00 p.m. (€20) subject to availability – bookable via the guest folder or by phone.
Late Check-Out
You want to stay longer with your Buddy? Depending on availability, you can book a late check-out for 20€. This way you can use your room until 2 pm. Just ask your buddy about it.
Luggage depot
Stow your luggage for 2€ in Buddy’s suitcase depot in the basement and enjoy the last hours in Munich.
