Check-in to check-out

Please note that cash payment is not possible at your buddy, only card payment. The payment of your room will be done before your arrival by credit card or PayPal.

Short pit stop in the hotel approach zone for check-in. Park your car afterwards in the Buddy Garage in Adolf-Kolping-Straße for only 18€ per night, depending on availability.

You can check in at your Buddy on the 2nd floor from 3:00 p.m. until 10:30 p.m. If you arrive after 10:30 p.m., you can check in at our partner hotel Cocoon Stachus in Adolf-Kolping-Straße 11. There you will get your room card for full buddy enjoyment. We promise you, hotel Cocoon is just around the corner.

Your room will not be cleaned automatically during your stay. You can get towels or toilet paper from your buddy at any time upon request. You still wish room cleaning? Please let your buddy know by 11am on the same day at the latest. We will be happy to clean your room free of charge.

Your room card will unlock the door for you. Simply hold the card against the room lock and you are in. Please note that the card will not work after 11 am on the day of departure.

Even if you’re a late riser, you’ll enjoy your stay with us. Check-Out is until 11 a.m. Simply drop your keycard into one of our drop boxes in the hallway.

You want to stay longer with your Buddy? Depending on availability, you can book a late check-out for 15€. This way you can use your room until 2 pm. Just ask your buddy about it.

Stow your luggage for 2€ in Buddy’s suitcase depot in the basement and enjoy the last hours in Munich.
