Payment

Your Hotel Buddy only accepts card payments, unfortunately cash payments are not possible.

Public transport
Your Hotel Buddy is located in the center of Munich directly at Karlsplatz Stachus. Here you have direct access to the S-Bahn (all lines), U-Bahn (lines U4 and U5), Tram Bahn and buses. The stops are directly in front of the hotel entrance.
Arrival by car

Short pit stop in the hotel approach zone for check-in. Park your car afterwards in the Buddy Garage in Adolf-Kolping-Straße for only 24€ per night, depending on availability.

Buddy’s Opening hours
Your Buddy is there for you from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. on the 2nd floor in Buddy’s Corner. You can reach us by phone around the clock at +49 (0)89 599939 03.
Buddy’s Garage

For only 24€ per night, your car will also have a cozy place to sleep in Buddy’s Garage. Book your parking space directly at your check-in, depending on availability.

Buddy Goes Green
Your room will not be cleaned automatically during your stay. You can get towels or toilet paper from your buddy at any time upon request. You still wish room cleaning? Please let your buddy know by 11 a.m. on the same day at the latest. We will be happy to clean your room free of charge.
Check-In

 AmYou can check in from 15:00 to 22:30 directly with your Buddy on the 2nd floor. After 10.30 pm we ask you to ring the bell at the lobby entrance. Our 24/7 Buddy will help you check in and give you your room number and details of your stay (early check-in: 08:00 AM – 10:00 AM €20 / 10:00 AM – 12:00 AM €15 / 12:00 PM – 14:00 PM €10).

Check-Out

Even if you sleep late, you have plenty of time to enjoy your stay. Check-out is until 11 a.m., simply drop your keycard into one of our drop boxes in the hallway. You want to stay longer with your buddy? Depending on availability you can book a late check-out until 2:00 PM for 20€. This way you can use your room until 2 p.m.

Breakfast goodie
In the mood for breakfast? Your buddy invites you to Buddy’s Corner from 7 a.m. for free snacks like pretzels, croissants and fresh fruit (while supplies last). Want a really hearty breakfast? You couldn’t have a better location, your Buddy Hotel is right in the center of Munich. Just ask us about our favorite eateries.
Coffee 24/7
Enjoy your first “good morning coffee” in bed with your buddy. You can get coffee supplies for your coffee machine in your room in Buddy’s Corner on the 2nd floor.
Luggage depot
Stow your luggage for 2€ in Buddy’s suitcase depot in the basement and enjoy the last hours in Munich.
Shampoo & hair dryer
For your perfect styling on the go, all Buddy rooms are equipped with soap, hair & body shampoo and a hair dryer.
Safety
Only hotel guests with a valid key card can access your Buddy Hotel. So keep your room card safe. In case of an emergency, your Buddy can be reached by phone 24/7. (+49 (0)89 599939 03).
Snacks & Drinks
Discover our 24/7 Deli Bar in Buddy’s Corner on the 2nd floor. Get cool drinks and tasty snacks around the clock.
Cancellation
We offer flexible and non-cancellable rates. The cancellation policy for your booking can be found in your booking confirmation.
Access to the Hotel
Your room card will unlock the way to your room and the hotel entrance. Simply hold the card against the card reader or the door lock and you’re in.
